I am passionate about walking with people through difficult and transformative seasons. There is something sacred about being fully present with someone as they navigate pain, confusion, or transition — and witnessing them move toward holistic healing fuels my heart for this work. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and safe to share your story. My hope is to create a space where you can explore your experiences with honesty, courage, and compassion.
I seek to meet every person exactly where they are, without judgment or expectation. Trauma is not a stranger to me, and because of that, I hold space with a gentle awareness of the complex needs pain brings. I am fully bilingual and offer counseling in both English and Spanish, meeting clients in the language that feels most natural and authentic to them.
My counseling journey began in lay counseling under the guidance of our Disciplemaking Director and Lead Pastor in my role as Disciplemaking & Missions Coordinator at Grace Bible Church. These years of walking alongside women and families gave me a strong foundation as I step into formal clinical training. I am currently completing my master’s in counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary.
I am especially passionate about working with women — particularly those who are new to faith, questioning their faith, or navigating seasons of spiritual uncertainty. I also have experience supporting women facing separation, divorce, single parenting, anxiety, shame, and the emotional weight of major life transitions. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am comfortable working with teens ages 15 and older.
My primary clinical focus is trauma work, alongside supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and related concerns. Much of my heart is shaped by my connection to Laredo and South Texas — regions deeply impacted by trauma and often underserved in mental health care. I am committed to serving this community with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and clinical excellence.
I approach therapy through a trauma‑informed lens, utilizing DBT and CBT as core modalities. As a bilingual clinician, I offer care in both English and Spanish, honoring the importance of language in expressing emotion, identity, and lived experience. I believe the most important part of the therapeutic relationship is creating a safe, grounded environment where you feel free to share your experiences without fear of judgment. I structure sessions collaboratively, integrating goal‑setting and practical tools to support your growth between sessions. My desire is for you to feel heard, valued, and empowered as we work together.
I am also passionate about educating the church on mental health and helping faith communities partner well with counselors for the good of those they serve. I hope to be a resource for churches seeking support, training, and guidance. I believe that when people feel truly safe, supported, and understood, holistic healing becomes possible — and that is the space I strive to create for every client.
I am deeply grateful for every person who entrusts me with their story. Your courage and vulnerability are gifts I hold with great care and humility.
You can often find me serving in my role as Disciplemaking & Missions Coordinator at Grace Bible Church, walking alongside people in their faith journeys and supporting our church’s mission work. I work full time and attend school full time, so I’m always learning, growing, and stretching in meaningful ways.
One day, I hope to own a ranch that serves as a safe haven for survivors of domestic violence and trafficking — a place where they can receive trauma‑informed care, find rest, rebuild their lives, and learn skills that prepare them for a hopeful future. This vision shapes the way I approach my work today: creating spaces where healing, restoration, and dignity can flourish.
