Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief & Loss, Major Life Transitions, and Self-Identity

Hi, I’m Audrey.

I specialize in walking with women through some of life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. My clinical journey began in faith‑based counseling, where I discovered my passion for helping individuals navigate the complex intersection of identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth. I am especially drawn to women who appear high‑functioning on the outside yet carry deep wounds of shame, anxiety, and questions about who they truly are beneath their many roles.

Much of my work centers on women in their 20s through 60s who are experiencing what I call “disruptive seasons” — times when old identities no longer fit and new possibilities are just beginning to take shape. These are the women juggling roles as mothers, wives, professionals, caregivers, and believers, all while quietly wrestling with insecurity, exhaustion, and the longing to feel whole again.

I am also deeply committed to supporting women who have endured emotional, mental, or spiritual harm within families, churches, or workplaces. There is something sacred about bearing witness to their unspoken struggles and offering a space where they are not dismissed, minimized, or shamed. Healing, to me, isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about gently untangling the shame, fear, and regret that have covered up who you’ve always been. It’s about rediscovering your voice, stepping out of silence, and reclaiming the worth and dignity that has always been yours.

Above all else, I believe that when women are supported in their healing, the impact ripples outward into their families, relationships, communities, and faith. I consider this work a calling — to walk alongside women in these critical seasons, not only to reduce symptoms, but to help them embrace wholeness, courage, and lasting transformation.

Through an integrative approach that blends evidence‑based practices with narrative work and spiritual integration when desired, I help women regulate emotions, gain insight, and discover new ways of living with freedom. I value collaborative goal‑setting that evolves as trust deepens and clarity grows. I love working at the intersection of story, values, reconciliation, and restoration — the place where women rediscover their voice and reclaim the truth of who they are.

More than anything, I’m committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently invited into healing and meaning. Along the way, I hope we can notice the small threads of hope that emerge — sometimes through quiet moments of peace, and sometimes through the kind of soft laughter that reminds us we’re not alone.

I am deeply grateful for every woman who entrusts me with her story. Your courage, vulnerability, and trust are gifts I hold with great care and humility.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me…

You can often find me with a camera in hand, chasing golden‑hour light or capturing candid moments that tell a story. Photography allows me to honor the beauty and chaos of everyday life — transforming fleeting moments into lasting memories and weaving threads of hope into the narrative of loss. Much like in counseling, I’m drawn to the quiet details, the depth beneath the surface, and the stories waiting to be seen.
