I’m passionate about walking alongside children, teens, and young adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break — whether it’s anxious thoughts that won’t quiet down, relationship conflicts that feel familiar, or painful experiences from the past that still shape the present. I believe every person is created with deep worth, and I consider it an honor to sit with you as you explore your story, your questions, and the places where you long for healing.
I have a special heart for those navigating grief or trauma. There is something powerful about having someone sit with you in your pain, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and gently guide you toward hope. I love creating a space where you can wrestle with life’s hardest moments without fear of judgment — a space where you can feel supported, encouraged, and truly seen.
I work with children as young as three, teens, and young adults who are navigating:
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment‑focused work, and person‑centered therapy. I integrate spiritual wisdom with sound clinical practices, always honoring your individual beliefs and values. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk with you at a pace that feels safe.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Biblical Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. Much of my hands‑on experience has come from serving in junior high ministry, where I’ve supported students through the ups and downs of adolescence. I also spent time in college leadership, where I had the privilege of overseeing and caring for more than 200 young women as they navigated challenges, transitions, and growth.
More than anything, I believe that healing happens in the context of trust, safety, and connection. When you feel heard and valued, real change becomes possible. I’m committed to creating a space where you can explore your thoughts, process your emotions, and discover new ways of moving forward. Along the way, I hope we can notice the small threads of hope that emerge — through insight, through courage, and sometimes through the kind of gentle laughter that reminds us we’re not alone.
I’m deeply grateful for every person who chooses to share their story with me. Your trust is something I hold with great care and humility.
You’ll probably find me hanging out with my labradoodle, Jordy (truly the best), spending time with friends, or exploring new places through travel. I’m an outdoors person at heart and love soaking up sunshine whenever I can. These simple joys help keep me grounded and remind me of the beauty woven into everyday life.
