Hi, I’m Marilyn, Client Coordinator for Crown of Hope Counseling. I have been with Dr. Nici since fall of 2021 just shortly after she started the practice. I help with all aspects of client care-intakes and documentation, connecting with a therapist from COH, as well as scheduling and billing.
I have a ministry background. My husband is a pastor and we have been blessed to pastor the same church for the past 24 years. I also spent years working in the banking industry before transitioning to my own business as a virtual assistant.
I find great joy in helping prospective clients connect with the right therapist. My husband and I adopted 3 boys out of our state’s foster care system, and for years we had weekly contact with therapists who walked along with us as we navigated parenting children with very high needs. They were a lifeline for us and I’m blessed to be able to help others find that support in whatever area they need.
