Hi, I’m Morgan.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, steady, and compassionate space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. My heart is especially drawn to walking with adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating seasons of anxiety, identity development, relational challenges, and the impact of early life experiences. I believe every person carries a story worth honoring, and I consider it a privilege to sit with clients as they explore the places where they long for healing, clarity, and hope.

My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Intercultural Studies from Dallas Baptist University, which shaped my appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of responsive, inclusive care. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Much of my early experience has come through mentorship and small‑group leadership with middle and high school girls, where I supported students through identity questions, family dynamics, emotional struggles, and the complexities of growing up. These experiences strengthened my ability to build trust, facilitate meaningful conversations, and offer support with warmth and humility.

Clinically, I am drawn to work involving trauma, anxiety, relational patterns, self‑worth, and life transitions. I value a person‑centered approach—one rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard—while also integrating cognitive‑behavioral strategies, self‑compassion work, and insight‑oriented exploration. I believe trust is the foundation of any meaningful therapeutic relationship, and I strive to meet each client exactly where they are, honoring their pace and their process.

As a developing clinician, I am committed to learning with curiosity and openness. I am eager to grow in trauma‑informed care, deepen my understanding of evidence‑based practices, and gain experience with a wide range of clients and presenting concerns. My hope is to become a well‑rounded, ethical, and attuned counselor who supports clients with both competence and compassion.

More than anything, I want clients to feel safe, seen, and empowered—to know they don’t have to navigate their story alone, and that healing is possible even in the most tender or uncertain seasons.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me…

You’ll often find me connecting with friends, serving in my church community, or exploring new coffee shops. I love learning about people, cultures, and stories, and I enjoy finding small moments of beauty and meaning in everyday life. These rhythms help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of rest, connection, and joy.
